My first recommendation is: make these pancakes!
I bought some fresh strawberries, cut them up into a container, added sugar, put on the lid and shook them suckers up so the juice came out and mixed with the sugar. I made pancakes (used pancake mix). Took out one pancake, spread it with Nutella, put another pancake on top and ladled the strawberries and juice over the top. OH! Ought to be a LAW!

October 13, 2011 at 8:02amOoo, yes! I like strawberries fresh better than jam. 1) fresh 2) preserves 3) seedless jelly 4) jam=ick. lol! I can deal with the seeds if I have big hunks of fruit, but seeds in jelly is a Do Not Like for me. Our #2 daughter, though, LOVES seeds in jelly! When I make jelly, I strain the seeds out of ours and stir extra into a jar for her. 🙂
