G is for GODZILLA, Naturally!

Best. Monster. EVER!

I’m talking about the real Godzilla, of course, not the Matthew Broderick one. Although the Matthew Broderick one did have Jean Reno. Not that I make a fool of myself over Jean Reno, but my oldest grandson did give me a yellow taxi because he couldn’t find a French Insurance Investigator action figure.

Here is the best Godzilla movie ever made, all 1:30 of it. I had a lampwork glass artist make me a glass statue of the final frame but, alas, it has become broken and discarded. The joys of life are transient, and we should not invest our hearts therin.

Tomorrow, I’ll be posting for #SampleSunday, though the A-to-Z Challenge rests on the Sabbath.

About

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.

Wanda, I probably wouldn’t think it’s as funny as I do if I weren’t such a Bambi fan. It’s just so WRONG. lol

That video? Amazing! I’ve never been a fan of Godzilla but that video was pretty epic.

I shall be forever in your debt for finding this link. Ah, Bambi. Ah, Godzilla.

Sorry you lost your glass figure. I seem to have lost all mine, too. I guess I’ve moved one time too many.

I was so glad to find the link! Listen, I wonder what a glass guy would say if we asked him to make us some soaring pastel towers, and put some impurities in it?

@Meg Mims – that was my favorite part, too – that, and the acknowledgment at the end of the assistance of the city of Tokyo.
