Caturday With Katya, Pictures At Last

KATYAcKatya Graymalkin here.

Today is Caturday, but it’s also the first of the month, so Mom has a new micro-mini story on her Hot Flashes page. So go read that and then come back here for the real post.

What a great Caturday! Mom’s home! Granny is a lot better, so Mom brought her stuff back and she’s sitting next to me right now.

She wanted to take pictures of me, of course, but I was a little bit mad about her being gone so long. I tried to duck away, but I finally sat for a Caturday portrait.

So good to see your mother is better, Marian. And those photos are fun, of course cats won’t sit still when you want them to hehehe.
Enjoy your home and have a great weekend.

I know Katya is hard to catch in a picture. If she sees me paying attention to her, she thinks I’m either coming to pet her or coming to take her to the little bathroom (where she can’t get far) to give her a pill or a flea treatment. Then she has to run and dodge and weave until she figures out which one I want.

I’m glad your mom is feeling better and that you got to go home! So far, Viva kitten doesn’t punish me for leaving the house. However, Tyra cockatiel berates me loudly as soon as she see’s the car pull in.

Thank you, Miss Elvira! I’m highly honored that Katya deigned to sit still for me at last! 🙂
