My Favorite Thing #Caturday

Sweetie PieSweetie Pie Turner, here.

My favorite thing used to be baptizing stuffed animals. Then my favorite thing was climbing my mom’s leg and biting her in the butt. Sometimes my favorite thing is napping, or exploring in the basement. But mostly, my favorite thing is this:

My Favorite Thing

Dry, yes, but oh so delicious!

What can compare to the joy of hearing that happy clink clink clink of food pellets hitting the bottom of a ceramic kitty bowl? Well, of course, better than the sound is the experience of breaking the delicious crunchy nuggets and relishing the taste.

If I had my way, I would eat 24/7, but I abused my feed-on-demand privileges and got f.a.t. The vet put me on diet food (so good, my late brother Ozzie wouldn’t eat his own food but only wanted mine!), and not much of that.

I’ve slimmed down, but I still want to eat all the time. Sometimes, I make Mom get up in the middle of the night and give me a taste. Then MomGoth gives me a handful when she comes down to fix Mom’s food. She usually gives me “second breakfast”, which means a few “grains”, as she calls the pellets. “Just a few grains,” she says. She’s a little odd, but I like her.

Elvira was on a diet kibble, but now shares the same as young Sneakers, to save money in our desperate days.

It’s grain free and they each get 1/4 cup twice a day.

Will see how it goes re her weight.

They both love kibble time. šŸ˜€

Wow, that’s really jam-packed nutrition, if they only need 1/2 cup each a day! Hope your times get fatter and Elvira gets slimmer. šŸ˜€
