Hi, I’m Munchkin.
First, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MA! She says she’s 65. That’s about 12 in cat years, so I’m older than she is! She has to mind me! (Ami says, “Dream on!”)
MA has been giving me the ebil eye lately. I have a feeling a baff is in my not-too-far-off future. I heard her call Amidala “Grubbykins,” and that usually means soap and warm water for both of us!
That “cat bird” is back at Granny’s. MA got a good picture of him.
She thinks this is Patrick Neill, who lives across the road. She says he’s a sweetie. I’ll take her word for it. Sweetie Pie doesn’t like his hanging out on her porch! She’d rather watch birds, squirrels and chipmunks.
Speaking of critters Sweetie Pie doesn’t like around her house, MA has been catching and releasing baby ring-neck snakes. WELL, the other day, she was waking up Granny, and an adult ring-neck snake came out from under Granny’s bed! MA called Pop, and he said he’d be right down. But the snake was moving, and MA was afraid it would hide somewhere before Pop could get there. So she reached down and picked it up! She said it curled up like a corkscrew. She carried it out the front door and pitched it into the grass.
Pop said, “Don’t pick up a snake in your hand!” She said, “I wouldn’t, if it had been big enough to bite me!” Granny said, “Where did you grab it?” MA said, “Just behind the head.” Granny said, “I always grab ’em by the tail.” Pop and I think they’re both crazy!
This week, Ami taught me how to cut and paste in The GIMP, and I made this.
I’m the center of the universe! Ha ha ha ha haaaaa!
A WRITING PROMPT FOR ANIMALS: Are you the center of the universe, or is it your human?

September 26, 2015 at 9:56amFor my kits, I’m only the center of the Universe dependant on
how close to the food I am.
Although…………yesterday, Big Daddy asked me to come out and play with him. No food involved!
Beautiful Princess used to delay eating in oder to firsr get her appropriate scritches and vocal praises. She was a beautiful princess, after all.
