One Word: Megan Morgan. Okay, TWO Words. #FridayRecommends

Friday RecommendsI only have one website for you this week, because it’s endlessly useful and entertaining.

If you’re a writer and you don’t follow Megan Morgan, why not?

During 2016’s A-to-Z Blogging Challenge, Megan set herself the task of writing “The Worst Romance Novel Ever Written In 26 Days” — a jewel called PANDORA’S TACKLEBOX. Every day, she added a section that illustrated an element of writing done as poorly as she was able.

If you, as a reader or as a writer, feel that she’s goring your ox, you might not be amused. The rest of us will be rolling in the aisles for a good while to come.

Megan Morgan’s PANDORA’S TACKLEBOX. I’d buy that.

A WRITING PROMPT FOR YOU: What do you hate most about other people’s writing? Why?

About

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.

A worthy quest. Alas, I fear she will never be able to write as badly as some authors whose published books are already available for sale – no matter how hard she tries.

Why? Because bad writing is usually accidental – and she knows way too much.

But it was fun to read the beginning; don’t think I can take much more. Hehe.
