Everything inside is a cat toy and every place outside is a dog’s toilet. It’s amazing, the stuff we find under rugs. And not under the edge, deep in the middle. Tipper probably has toys hidden under that hearth rug.

    You’re a good kitty, Tipper.

Thanks for the definitions — lol! I keep telling Tipper he’s a good kitty, hoping it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy….

Tipper made me laugh so much, Pippi [sitting on my lap] became quite miffed. Digital competition. 😀

Oh, poor Pippi! She’ll have to come do a guest blog some Caturday. Would she do that? And plug her momma’s books, while she’s at it?

lol – I’m sure Pippi would love to have her say, but so far, she only knows how to work the printer. She’s also camera shy, but maybe one day. 🙂

Just when I think I need to slap him side-headed (a #4 Daughter-ism), he does something so cute and/or endearing!

My girl Chiquita loved her rugs. She’d dive under them, then burrow around and fall asleep!

The first time, Nick came along just as she was waking up….. She exploded out from under the rug and jumped right at him! Boy, was he terrified! Yeow!

After that success, you know what she kept on doing. (Except when she fell asleep again)

I had to keep a watch out for lumps in my rugs so that Chica didn’t get stepped on! By me!

JANE! Missed you, gal! Poor Nick! Reminds me of when Mom’s dog Sox was very elderly and Mom got baby Sweetie Pie. The kitten was certain the dog wanted to play. I can’t say she scared Sox, but she sure irritated him, pouncing out of nowhere. Oh, that Chica! 😀
