Minecraft in the High Castle #MinecraftPE

My game tablet is getting kinda wonky, so I wanted to grab these screenshots while the grabbing was good. Sometimes I get bored with a “world” and ditch it, but I’m just all about this one. Could it be the castle I built?

Now, you must know that some people build really, really elaborate castles — like, Gormenghast castles — so I realize this one is pretty lame. But it’s home, right?

The tower IS up in the clouds; the clouds enshroud it sometimes. I get up it via a looooooong ladder. Under the tower is a room with windows, which has a balcony. Opposite from the balcony is a room with no windows, so I can hide during thunderstorms. Atop the thunderstorm room is an open area. There’s a ladder from the windowed room down to a cave, where I have a workroom, another ladder down to the base of the cave, and access to the lower building, which is an art gallery!

Here’s another shot of the castle and gallery.

I would show you around inside the gallery, but I’m still decorating it.

See those light blue squares on top of the stone lintel or coping or whatever you call it? Here’s a close-up.

Those ones.

Those are diamond blocks. If you mine nine diamonds, you can make a diamond block. Same for emeralds. Emeralds are harder to find. I have some.

I guess I’d better take some more screen shots before my tablet goes kablooie and I lose this fine world altogether. 🙁

I’m posting today at Fatal Foodies about blueberry pancakes.

I think the wall on the roof is referred to as a parapet wall. But you can still have big-ole diamond blocks on it.
