A Fast Feverish Walk #FridayRecommends

Friday RecommendsBefore I forget, there’s a new Hot Flash on my Hot Flashes page, so hop over and read it real quick. I’ll wait.

Been thinking of old songs this week and indulged myself by viewing some on YouTube. Now I’m indulging you by sharing a few.

The first one came to me when I was trash-talking the virtual opponents in the Love Nikki styling game. Told #4 Daughter, who also plays, I was gonna take a razor to this one who kept making fun of my pajamas.

Okay, yeah, so you know how YouTube is. They show you a video, and have a sidebar with a mix of other videos, some of which have no relation to what you’re watching. One of those brought me to this.

Gotta love that woman. YES, YOU DO! YES, IT IS COMPULSORY!

How that brought me to this, I couldn’t say, but talk about your feel-good song! Watch this one two or three times to chase any blues away. I saw this play in London.

A WRITING PROMPT FOR YOU: Does your main character have a feel-good song?

Interesting. CAUSE John Holton shared The Lambeth Walk today, too. I had barely finished listening to that one before I got to this post! Trippy.
I’ll have to listen to your first one after I’m done with his list. I do love #2. Hard to choose whether I prefer her or him… truly.
Today, for cheer, I’ll go with John’s first selection, which was Twist & Shout 🙂 That just makes morning happier!
