One Recommend To Rule Them All #FridayRecomends

Here’s where I’ll be this weekend:

It’s in Louisville, Kentucky. Here’s what it’s all about.

If you are into books, crafts, jewelry, independent film, collectibles and memorabilia, visit the Imadjinn Book Fair and Expo this weekend in Louisville, a part of Imaginarum 2017! The Book Fair and Expo are open to the general public for free, with free parking at the Ramada Plaza and Convention Center! Over 100 authors of all genres will be featured as well as many great arts, crafts, jewelry vendors with one-of-a-kind items! October 6-8, Friday through Sunday! For hours and a preview of the exhibitors visit: http://www.entertheimaginarium.com/book-fair-and-expo-2017…/

This is part of the Imaginarium Convention:

At Imaginarium 2017, you will get to meet many of the top writers in the nation, such as Michael Knost, Teresa Reasor and Dan Jolley! From New York Times best selling lists, to major awards, to success in other kinds of media, these fantastic authors have many insights, tips, and stories to tell, and they will be participating in our extensive panel and workshop programming with over 150 other professional guests October 6-8 in Louisville Kentucky! Be sure to get your weekend (or day pass) now, only one price for access to all programming and activities! http://www.entertheimaginarium.com/attendee-registration/

I’ll be part of this, too. I’m on seven or eight panels, including one on Booze and Books. Can’t imagine why I’m on that one….

Srsly, this is the best general — and the MOST general — creative writing convention I’ve ever been to. Gaming (live action and board), a huge film festival, a masquerade ball, and I don’t know what all! Go to their site to see all the good stuff!

A WRITING PROMPT FOR YOU: Send a character to a masquerade ball.

About

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.
