Alexander the #Vegan

Since way back when, Mom and Grandma and Grandpa hosted family New Year’s Eve parties and served a drink they called King Alphonse. It isn’t King Alphonse; it’s Alexander the Great.

Alexander the Great

Put equal parts of creme de cacao, coffee liqueur, vodka, and cream into a shaker with some ice and shake it up. Strain it into a lowball glass (whatever THAT is).

If you leave out the vodka, it’s just an Alexander. So I made this, which I call an Alexander the Vegan, because obviously.

Creme de cacao, coffee liqueur, and vanilla almond milk. How does it taste? BELICIOUS!

    I tend to react badly to mixed drinks in general. It sounds good, but I’ll pass.
