Easy, Pretty Salad and #Vegetarian Stuff

We went to the farmers’ market and got some stuff, and we had this pretty and easy salad that delighted our eye and our bodies.

I ate the last of my casserole patties, alas. Charlie had a salmon burger.

I melted a piece of Swiss cheese on it, then topped it with sour cream mixed with dill weed and a few drops of sriracha sauce. That’s new red potatoes and kale with vegan butter at the 1-2 o’clock position.
