Get Ready For StoryFest 2015! @StoryADayMay

No, I’m not story-bombing your inbox again. StoryADayMay is inviting all, writers and readers, to “Come to the site June 13-14, follow a link to a story, read it and comment on it.”

StoryFest 2015

June 13-14

storyaday.org

I’m looking forward to this. I was so busy writing, I didn’t have time to read anybody else’s stories (except, of course, Holly Jahangiri [the real one]).

The site says:

What is StoryFest?

StoryFest is a weekend when the stories take over StoryADay.org.

On Jun 13, the front page of StoryADay.org will change to one dedicated to you and your stories. It will be full of links to your stories, online, until June 14.

It’s our end-of-year party, our recital, our chance to share our work with readers.

So mark your calendars. On June 13, go grab the page so you can follow those juicy links as long as you want to.

Thisa be fun!

I’m posting today at Fatal Foodies with my recipe for pimiento cheese. Mmmmm.

A WRITING PROMPT FOR YOU: A character presents a recital or masterwork.

About

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.

AHH. Recitals. I can relate to that.
The music school would have recitals and we’d all go to each others’ (plus parents and siblings dragged along). A fine audience.

I love this idea about the stories. I, too, didn’t do s read-around. It’ll be great to have the chance to have a go at it again.
Plus more people will get to read your brilliant tales! 😉
