Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake Just Happens To Be #Vegetarian

If you’re jonesing for chocolate cake, all you need is a mug, a minute, and three ingredients and BOOM! Caek!!!!

Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake

Mix 1 egg, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder in a mug. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

BOOM!!

It looks all gooshy because I topped mine with chocolate chips, pecans, and dark chocolate sauce. If I make another one, I’ll skip all that and top it with a scoop of Denali Moose Tracks ice cream.

Do a search for Mug Cakes and you’ll fine a bazillion of them. I got this recipe from Babble, which also has recipes for a pumpkin mug cake and a strawberries and cream mug cake. Go look!

My mug has van Gogh’s some sort of village on it. Oh, the colors, some bold, some subtle. Some layered, with only a bit of the bottom color peeking out.
