Dishing Prize-Winning Wah Wah #FridayRecommends

Friday RecommendsIt’s that day again! How can days seem so long and weeks/months/years seem so short? It makes no sense!

ANYWAY, here’s a wonderful foodie site for you (and for me!): Dishing Delish — easy recipes for the home cook. If that don’t sound right up my alley, I don’t know what does! I’m like Yes, please.

I may have posted this one before, but it’s worth watching any number of times. It’s a prize-winning animated fly-by through 17th Century London. A-MAZ-ing! Thanks, Beth, for showing it to me!

Also from Beth is this most amusing link to the Peanuts movies’ “Wah Wah Machine“, so you can listen to any text as a Peanuts adult would “say” it.

Here is my motto, shamelessly stolen from Mehitabel the Cat:

A WRITING PROMPT FOR YOU: If your main character (or you or your antagonist) were to be reincarnated as an animal, what would it be?

I especially liked the Tudor London video.
On that same page is a link to 700 Free Ebooks. It has everything! All of Jane Austen. Greeks. Scifi. Whatnot! Go look!
