Bilingual Toast #vegetarian

I made this terrible German Dark Rye bread, but came up with a way to make it yummy. So I came up with this other way.

It’s French Toast made with German Rye.

Bilingual Toast

  • vegan margarine
  • Rye bread
  • egg
  • sweet vanilla almond milk
  • maple syrup

Beat egg and milk together. Heat the margarine in a skillet. Dip the bread in the milk/egg mixture and brown on both sides. Serve with maple syrup.

There is nothing wrong with your set. The steam made the picture blurry. Sorry.

Yum!

Well, yeah, but only because sausage tastes so good with maple syrup.

Sometimes if the bread looks stubborn, I soak it a bit in the egg mix.
    Also:
A bit of vanilla in the egg mix results in delish, plus one can include shredded cheese. Because. Cheese.

I like Ziva’s answer: “Ten, including the language of love.” The little minx.

      Oh, that Ziva!

Yeah, vanilla is way good in the mix! I don’t know about cheese and vanilla, though. Maybe Mascarpone. heh
