Troubles

I’ve been on Live Chat with Bluehost tech support, but the problem seems to be a glitch on their servers involving the databases, and not just me. As you can see, they’re working 24/7 to resolve it, but it’s a persistent little bugger.

They keep restoring my soul files, but the post I had for today was lost. If the site stays up for long enough, I’ll post a recipe later. The same one I posted before, that is now flying around in the aether, looking for a head to tump over onto. So I’m writing this post like a castaway putting a message in a bottle. If you read this post and comment, the comment may or may not survive the next wave. Alas.

Could this frustration have anything to do with the dream I had last night? I was in church, and the preacher’s prayer just went on and on and on. My mother said, “He just loves talking to the Lord.” And I, appropriately for me, said, “Let him talk to the Lord on his own dime.”

A WRITING PROMPT FOR YOU: A character is frustrated, and the frustration keeps building and building, and then it builds some more.

About

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.

This may explain why I’ve had so much trouble accessing your blog today. Well, now at least you know I tried. 😀

Ain’t it, though? My guess is, they’re taking something off-line to see if that’s causing the glitch, and that thing is the thing that makes things speedy. Or something. ~sigh~ Thanks for bearing with the lack of speed. Of course, you’re used to that with me, since we’ve been friends so long. 😉
