Vintage, Fire-Breathing Tiny Houses #FridayRecommends

Friday RecommendsHow do I explain Vintage News? Hmmm…. How about I don’t? How about I just send you to the Vintage News homepage? And how about I direct your attention particularly to this post about a dragon statue that breathes fire when you text it? Yeah, that’s a thing!

And then … there are … tiny houses!

There’s Patrick Romero’s now-famous tiny house, with the crappy front porch and fabulous bathroom. Yeah, I’m all about that, I am. That’s just one post on Tiny Home Tour, which has articles on all things tiny house, including space-saving furniture.

Then, if you meet enough people who also love tiny houses, you could go live in a Tiny House Village, like the one I invented for my Spadena Street mysteries. The books are still under construction, but the village features in my short story, “The Spirit of Spadena Street.”

A WRITING PROMPT FOR YOU: Write about a tiny space that doesn’t feel cramped.

About

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.
