I took Dan Antion‘s advice and replaced the boring old daisies in my planters with bright red poppies. Very appropriate for the Christmas season, against my green house. 
I’ve had it in my mind to do this thing for a while, and I did it. The path is gravel and goes skrik skrik skrik when I walk on it. The walls are oak tree leaves. There’s an acacia wood door at one end, which I used for a purpose which I’ll tell you about next week. In the center are a flower pot holding a poppy and an acacia wood bench.
Beyond the labyrinth is a garden where I plant all the roses I come across. They’re all alike, alas.
Oh, and guess who’s up a tree now?

December 27, 2016 at 8:17amAll these critters are always hopping around. You never know when you’re gonna find a cow on the top rail of your fence, or a chickduck on your roof. Glad they don’t have deer. Oh, and the pigs will suddenly hop onto a block you’ve just placed and spin around like a top. For why? Because Minecraft, I guess.
