If you’ve ever had naan at an Indian restaurant, you know that the things they sell in cellophane packages at the grocery store are bogus. But they’re bread, so I got some.
I made some pizza-ish things, topping the naan with tomato sauce, thinly sliced mushrooms, sweet onions, Italian herbs, and cheese, baked at 350F in the toaster oven until the cheese melted (no pictures — mesa eatsa quicksa).
And I made this.
Which is the same thing, without the olives and tomato sauce and herbs. Really quick and pretty good.

March 22, 2017 at 9:03amI would choose different ingredients, but you really can’t go wrong with something that starts with bread and is topped with melted cheese.

March 22, 2017 at 1:15pmI make curry and naan once or twice a year. The last few years, Moo mostly makes the naan 🙂
I haven’t bought the naan in baggies, but I must say, after seeing this post, I SHALL! Not for curry, but for that! That looks scrumptious!

March 22, 2017 at 3:35pmI had low carb pita bread, split and toasted, with melted American cheese and chicken salad.
It started with bread, and was topped by melted cheese on both sides – really yummy.

March 22, 2017 at 11:11pmThat sounds and looks yummy! I love Naan. I just wish it loved my waistline and would be kinder to it! 🙂
I had soup: split pea with ham for lunch today. It’s been raining, windy, and chilly. Perfect soup weather.

March 30, 2017 at 3:16amNice to see you’re making use of naan slightly differently 🙂 We have something similar on our menu, we call it ‘cheese naan’, it’s stuffed with cheese, herbs and has some spices.
