Really Amazing #FoundPoem

This one is NOT from the weekly newspaper’s call-in line. This one came straight to me, already formatted as poetry, as a gift from a spommenter. A spomment, in case you don’t know, is what I call a spam comment. Sometimes I post them on Facebook on a page called Spomment of the Day.

Anyway, here it is. — Oh, this comment was on a post of pictures of dogs playing poker. It’s important to know that.

Thank you, dear spommenter. It’s people like you who keep me from using Captcha to screen out all spomments.

I’m posting today at Fatal Foodies about Charlie’s cornbread, and what we put on it.

A WRITING PROMPT BASED ON MY POST: Someone blesses someone for something worthless.

And did you send this person some good faith money to get that gold bullion over here from wherever?
Did you offer to date the person?
    I HOPE NOT!

Can’t fault people with good taste. It’s a present from the universe – it would be rude not to accept it.

This is a good idea. But what will ensure that Steffie does not fall for his siren song, and run off with him to Germany with the 12 tons of Nigerian Gold that your Uncle Wallace had secretly mined from underneath a coconut tree? After all, he is likely a Colonel in their Secret Service.
What do you mean I have a slightly warped mind.
I swear it is as warped as any out there.

You’re right about Steffie. She could resist him until he told her he was going to give his share of the money to a charity of her choice.

We must convince Steffie that he is a fraud, would not give money to charity if you paid him to, and furthermore… there are rumors he does not brush his teeth! GADS!
Just tell her to shoot in sight.
