Oh, how I love mushrooms. OM nom nom nom nom!
So we had this:
Angel hair pasta (I think it was angel hair). I cooked the mushrooms in a dry non-stick pan, then deglazed the pan with Alfredo sauce and white wine. Oh, my dear goodness, oh me, oh my! With a little bit of lettuce on the side to be pretty, and garlic breadstick…. Yes, indeedy.
p.s. Oh, yeah, happy Valentine’s Day.
