I don’t know what these things are called. I knew, but I forgot. Oh, yeah, agnolotti. Whatever. I bought them at the store. They were filled with mushrooms, which yum.

I had some black beans and corn left over from something. Fried up some mushrooms (NATURALLY), ONION, Penzeys Roasted Garlic powder, Italian seasonings, and mixed in some Chunky Garden pasta sauce.
The bread is called naan rounds, which I smeared with olive oil and sprinkled with more of the garlic powder and toasted.

Maybe toasted a wee tad bit too much. Spear grass on the side. Parmesan on the top.
Um yum!
I’m posting today at Fatal Foodies about another of my interminable stir-fries.

December 26, 2018 at 9:34amCharlie is not as fond of mushrooms as I am, so I’m trying to cut down. I remember being wee and going out to help whoever we were staying with in some kind of cabin to gather field mushrooms. Picky eater though I was, helping to gather them gave them a fascination for me that has never palled. Hunting morels in the spring soothes my soul.
