Fish and Stir-Fry

I love stir-fry. You can use up all the leftovers and pretend you meant to use those things.

Sometimes I top it with sauce, but sometimes I do fish. This was the first time I tried frying Tilapia in my iron skillet, and I’m VERY happy with how it turned out.

The last of the rice, the last of the water chestnuts, a stalk of bok choi about to go to Jesus, a bit of onion, and an egg.

I seasoned it with Five Spice Powder.

Yum.

I’m posting at Fatal Foodies today about a buffet for kids.
