I learned how to make non-egg noodles from The Woks of Life food blog, and I’m forever grateful, because I am all about the noodles.
The recipe is in my Fatal Foodies post this week, which is about noodle soups.
ANYWAY, I rolled out a sheet of noodle dough and cut it into rounds with the floured mouth of a drinking glass.
For the filling … ALL RIGHT, ALL RIGHT, YES, I HAD LEFTOVERS AND I USED THEM. Happy? Yes, I was raccookin‘, okay? ~sigh~
I appear to have failed to take a picture of them done. They were loverly. Charlie likes things crispy, so I fried them in a bit of sesame oil in my beloved cast-iron skillet (thanks for the encouragement, Joey!) OM-nom-nom-nom-nom!
A WRITING PROMPT FROM ME TO YOU: Someone makes something out of something intended for making something else.
