Portal To Fantasy #ThursdayDoors

Norm Frampton, fearless leader of the Thursday Doors squad, is still on vacay, so I’m still posting rogue.

As I said yesterday, one of the pleasures of Christmas is playing with other people’s toys. Where VR games are concerned, another is watching other people duck and weave while they “run” around and dodge missiles that aren’t really there.

Everyone enjoyed seeing Grandmar (me) go, “Whoooooooaaaaooooo! Wheeeeee!” as she sped downhill.

I enjoyed watching Youngest Grandchild do the same thing. (Door from SIL’s Man Cave to the rest of the house included.)

As he wandered cautiously through a cave, I shouted, “Wait! What’s that? Look over there!”

And what had my eye caught in the shadows, right next to the creepy companion, Lydia?

A DOOR! Yay!

It only led to a cell, containing rotting clothes and dry bones, but it was a door! Yay, me!

A WRITING PROMPT FROM ME TO YOU: Write about a door in the shadows.

All the best doors are on my screens, too, Marian 🙂
Do you know why Bubba, single man, needs a 2bdrm apt? One room solely for VR. Seriously.

Yeah, SIL’s Man Cave is where his VR lives. I would have to have a dedicated room, too, if I had a VR setup. Apparently, I look kinda funny, bobbing and weaving and whooping when there’s not really anything around me. ~grin~
