A Good Week For Chickie #Caturday #TipperAndChickie

HELLO! My name is CHICKIE! I had a very good week this week with all kindsa citement.

First, I helped Mommy by robbing one of her vitamins and making sure it was okay for her to swallow. It was squishy and toothsome, so I don’t know why she swallows it; I would chew it up. She took it away from me and threw it inna trash. Now she keeps all her takey things in a box I can’t open. Mommy! Let me help you!

Then, I did an acrobat trick. I was rolling around on my catbird seat like this:

I rolled right off the edge. Mommy dropped her camera and ran to catch me, but I caughted myself and got back up. She thought I was falling, but it was just an acrobat trick!

Tipper: You fell.

IT WAS AN ACROBAT TRICK!

Tipper: Sure, sure. It was an acrobat trick.

I’m a very good acrobat.

ALSO, Tipper shared his Gotcha Day mouse toy with me. And, instead of fighting me, he licked my head!

Tipper: Well, I’m your brudder.

Our Aunt Andrea, who writes books, visited us, and brought us each a mouse she made. That’s one, in the picture up there. Tipper’s is blue, and mine is pink.

I love my mouse!

Sometimes I pick it up by the tail and carry it around, but I run too fast for Mommy to get a picture! Haha!

It was a good week.

Cats are so funny when they fall. MiMi loves to fall down the stairs. She just rolls from one to the next.

I told Charlie not to laugh at her, because it would embarrass her, but he belly-laughed anyway. If cats could blush…. I’d love to see MiMi rolling down the stairs. We used to have a beagle who rolled down the hill, but no stair-rollers.

It’s not a capital G Gummy, but its texture is certainly gummy. These cats get offered so little human food, they don’t even recognize it as food, so I definitely don’t want her taking human vitamins. She’s a li’l robber, though! Keeping all medicine in cat-proof containers, now.

I’m glad your acrobatic trick ‘landed’ well, Chickie. And of course you meant to do it. 🙂
