Can’t brag, though. I bought a steamer bag of seasoned cod at the grocery and followed the directions.
It was perfect and delicious. The only downside is that now the microwave smells like fish.
I microwaved vinegar water afterward. I microwaved baking soda water, and wiped down the interior with baking soda. Still smells like fish.
But it sure was good. I confess: I can’t cook cod fer snakes. Tilapia, I can cook. Salmon, I can cook. Cod, not. So I’ll probably do this again, fishy smell and all.
