Chickie Be’s Bad #Caturday #TipperAndChickie

HELLO! My name is CHICKIE!

Mommy and Poppy haven’t been going out AT ALL lately. They never did go out much, but Tipper and I used to have the house all to ourselves sometimes.

They never would let us go out, but now they say somebody won’t let them go out. Maybe Ceiling Cat is making them see how we feel, when we want to go out and Mommy and Poppy say, “No! No outs!”

I don’t like it, even if it does mean I can boss them around 24/7. It’s upsetting our routine. Usually, Poppy feeds us in the morning, and Mommy feeds us in the evening and cleans out our litter boxes. Now, we never know who is going to feed us, or if our litter boxes are getting cleaned in the morning or the evening.

It’s getting on my nerves.

Tipper wanted to play with toys, and I took them away from him.

Mommy turned on the Red Dot Machine for me, and I killed it.

I found Tippers favorite toy where I had it hidden, and I murdered it.

Mommy says she’d going to start calling me Steffie. What does that mean?

It’s amazing how much we all rely on routines to make us feel safe. I wonder if your Momma and Poppa could go out into the garden with you and Tipper for a play? A bit of running around, playing chasey with you two would be good for them as well…

We don’t let them out, because we live in the country. Here, there are coyotes, dogs, feral cats, ticks, fleas, and hawks. Oh, and mosquitoes that carry heartworm. It takes nerves of steel to live in the country, doesn’t it?

Cats always want MORE. Then they get a little older, and they’re content. I love baby kittens and old cats.

Uh oh, Chickie. We know what her calling you ‘Stefie’ means. I’d explain it to you, but you might like it too much.
