Tipper Sees Comings And Goings #Caturday #TipperAndChickie

Hi, there! I’m Tipper Allen, and guess what?

Chickie already told you about The Sad Thing, so I won’t talk about Poppa going to the hospital and coming home and going away forebber.

I’m going to talk about other comings and goings. Like, the super-nice people who rent Granny’s house brought a big dog to visit. What makes them super-nice is that they didn’t bring her to MY house. Momma walked down to THEIR house to visit with her.

Ivorie

Momma said Ivorie (the dog) is about ten times fluffier than that, because she’s a Great Pyrenees, but she just got a summer “poodle” cut.

Another visitor wasn’t so nice. Momma planted potatoes in containers on the back porch, and this happened every day:

Finally, #4 hooman sister came over with some hot peppers, and she put the seeds and bebrabes —

CHICKIE: Membranes. Mommy called them membranes, not bebrabes.

Whatever. She put those in the pots, and the raccoon or whatever stopped digging the potatoes up.

And that reminds me: #4 hooman sister has been coming over a lot to keep Momma company. All the hooman sisters are calling her and texting her and coming to visit. I hardly even growl and run off and hide when they come over! #4 thinks it’s funny to aggrabate me and Chickie. It IS fun when she aggrabates Chickie, but not when she does me.

She’s a great player, though! She’s extra good with the fish-on-a-stick.

Sometimes Momma goes to the grocery. She likes it when I watch to make sure she gets out of the garage okay.

Sometimes Chickie sleeps on Momma’s bed next to her, but too far for Momma to pet her.

I love on Momma real close, and I do it when she’s awake.

A WRITING PROMPT FOR ANIMALS: Do you love on your hooman more when they’re awake or asleep?

Thanks! I never know when or why. Maybe there’s another plug-in conflict. I’ll have to check it out.

Yep. It was an optimizer plug-in. A WORDPRESS optimizer plug-in, mind you.

Thank you for all the pics, Tipper. I love watching you and Chickie having fun and being helpful. My Golli likes helping me type on the computer too. Sometimes when I play games, he helps me by standing on the spacebar. I think he likes watching the screen jump up and down. I’m not quite so enthralled…

I’m glad you’re doing such a good job looking after your Momma. It’s a scientific fact, cat cuddles are very healthy. 🙂

-massive hugs in return- I don’t forget. In these days of social distancing, I think even technophobes are learning that you don’t have to meet in the flesh to be true friends. We knew that all along. <3

Indeed we did, Marian Allen. 🙂 Indeed we did.
I decided you were a potential kindred spirit after reading Sideshow in the Centre Ring. After that I just lurked and enjoyed your cat stories.
Friendships are built one digital brick at a time. 🙂
