Driving In The Past #ThursdayDoors

These are more doors from my slow-down-and-snap-it collection.

You can see my camera and nails in one of the pictures. My nail is not hideously bruised; that’s a nail art stamp.

Thursday doors is the brainchild of Norm Frampton, photographer extraordinaire. Visit his site, enjoy his wonderful photographs, follow his directions, and enter a world of doors.

A WRITING PROMPT FROM ME TO YOU: Taking pictures while driving. Good idea / bad idea.

Marian, is it just on my end? But I can’t seem to see your photos. It is just a white blank space but when I clicked on it I was able to see the photos.

No, everybody was having that problem. I removed the gallery and just put the pictures in one-by-one. Don’t know what was up!

Not seeing one photo here. Are your doors invisible? If so, great pics.

Dr. Ackerman saw the pictures. I’m sorry they aren’t showing up for you. πŸ™ Truth to tell, they aren’t worth worrying about; they were just doors (actually, the houses behind the doors) I snapped while in a moving or briefly stationary vehicle.

I shall not take it personally that I cannot see the images. Kind of trippy because I see your words but not your pics. 2020, the year that baffles.

When I went into View Site, I couldn’t see ’em, either! If I clicked on a blank space where a picture should be, the gallery opened and I saw the pictures. I’ve changed the layout of the gallery, and now I can see ’em. That’s what I get for using the Block editor. BlockHEAD editor.

Blockhead editor is what I call it, too. It’s definitely like Lucy grabbing the football away before Charlie Brown tries to kick it.

I clicked on the white space and your photos appeared. I like the third one with the arched door and windows on the first floor. Pretty.

I’m having the same problem as Ally. Big white space where the pics should be. Mind you by clicking on the big white space it does call up a slide show of 3 images of lovely big old homes. Gorgeous stuff.

Your blog is one giant blank page, but when I clicked in the white space, your pictures appear in a slide show – very nice doors.

I didn’t see any photos either, but after seeing Norm and Dan’s comments, I clicked on the blank space and voila! There were some rather grand houses and doors.

Nice selection. I had to smile at that hand selfie. Happens to me a lot on my drive by shoots from the passenger seat in our car, lol.

Yes, I’ve come to accept the handfie as part of the process. Sometimes I can crop them out, but sometimes they just have to stay.
