I’ve been very busy the last two weeks. Doing All The Things!
I helped Mommy watch a moobie about an octopus called My Octopus Teacher. I thought it was about a pussycat, but it was a thing that lives in the water! Ewwwwww!
One of my hooman sisters gave Mommy a new tablecloth for her birthday. The old tablecloth was just getting good, with all my bitemarks and stuff on it. The new one didn’t have any of that. But as soon as Mommy went into another room, I surprised her by fixing the new one.
Mommy and #4 Hooman Sister like to do their nails and they put on lipstick sometimes. I think that’s what it’s called. Sometimes they call it ipstick, and sometimes they call it what Poppy called it: sticklip. So I wanted to use ipstick, too, but Mommy said I’m not old enough yet.
So then I wanted to paint my nails, but Mommy said I would have to leave my claws sticking out for a long time while the polish got dry. I can’t do that. So I just look at their stuff and poke it with my nose.
But, anyway, I sneaked onto their polish table and robbed a brush to play with.
Mommy’s friend Debbie sent her a puzzle with cats on it! I didn’t know it had cats on it, so I didn’t mess with it until Mommy and #4 Hooman Sister and #1 Hooman Sister finished it. Then I saw it was cats, and I tried to bite them! So Mommy took the puzzle in pieces again. Good! I don’t want those other cats in my house!
It’s been a busy two weeks. Now I’m going to go take a cat nap.

Thanks for showing it to me. Chickie, I’ve been watching Dancing with the Stars. My mom and aunt used to watch that with me. It’s just not the same though…

Sometimes I think I’ll watch America’s Got Talent, but it wouldn’t be the same without Mom commenting on the acts and the judges. I might, though, now that you remind me of it. I might. 🙂

October 11, 2020 at 7:47pmI am an AGT fan also. Sorry to say it is now finished for the season. It was really weird though when the pandemic hit right in the middle of the judging. They had some come to the Universal lot and perform and some did it in their backyard or a nice patio setting. it was interesting the wide variety of talent this year.

Instead of doing jigsaw puzzles of /other/ cats, tell your Mommy to upload pictures of you [and Tipper] to a website called jigsawplanet.com. Once the photos are there, the clever app cuts them into shapes and people can put them together on the computer. You and Tipper could be even more famous than you are now!

I think we still have the footstool that Gizzie, the chinchilla, gnawed the surface off. Before I realized what she was doing, it was destroyed. Sharp little teeth.

October 11, 2020 at 2:09pmThey’re gnawers, for sure. Sara has found that Dasha doesn’t gnaw on fleece, so she uses that to line or cover anything Dasha has access to that shouldn’t be chewed on.
