Cockamamie Wockerjawed #ThursdayDoors

Sounds like a character name, doesn’t it? It may yet be; you haven’t read everything I’ll ever write, have you? No, you haven’t.

ANYWAY, as long-time readers (hi, Beth!) may suspect, today I’m dipping back into the collection of doors I took pictures of while driving or while riding as a passenger in a moving car.

If you’re prone to carsickness, I’ll wait while you get the dramamine.

Buckle up! Here we go!

The first is a vet clinic. I’m sure there’s a door in there somewhere.

This beauty has a bonus: a gate.

This one features keystones all around the door. Nifty!

Finally, let’s bid 2020 farewell with a door it deserves:

rage

The official Thursday Doors host is on hiatus until January, so no link for him.

A WRITING PROMPT FROM ME TO YOU: Someone is enraged.

About

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.

Cockamamie Wockerjaw – I think I knew him. He was Susan and Martin Wockerjaw’s youngest son. I remember, he had a bicycle with a banana seat. first kid in the neighborhood to get one. He fell of four times trying to get used to that seat and those high handlebars.

Thanks for supporting Thursday Doors during our absence.

Happy New Year, Marian, in less than 16 hours!

Wockerjaw on a bicycle (which may become my new favorite swear phrase)! ROTFLOL! And you don’t write short stories why?
