Breakfast for Dinner Again

I don’t know about you, but I love breakfast for dinner. I mean, it’s morning somewhere in the world, right?

So I fried some mushrooms with salt in a dry pan, banged ’em on a plate, topped ’em with an over easy egg and garnished with fresh parsley.

YEAH!

My favorite breakfasts for dinners is shakshuka or pancakes. Occasionally, I can be tempted by French Toast- but only if the carbohydrate was chala.

Toward the end, one of the few things that sat well with Charlie was my loaded scrambled eggs (egg, cream, marjoram, salt, mushrooms, and cheese). We had that a lot. πŸ™‚ <3

Sometimes that’s MY breakfast, too! Roasted almonds. I buy ’em raw and roast ’em myself. SO GOOD!

Oh! I just eat them raw. I like the mild nutty taste, but almonds are great in any form. I love cashews too – roasted and salted. I have to make them a special treat though. πŸ™‚
