      It’s been coldish for a while. So far, not much below freezing at night, and generally a little above freezing during the day. But February has just begun, and February is a bitch. Sorry, February, but it is what it is.

        February is often our worst month. We usually have our annual cold snap in January, but we also usually have a bit of a thaw in January, too. February packs a lot into a short month. March is the month we can’t trust to behave.
