CoryDoors – Opposite Of Butt #ThursdayDoors

I had to go to Butt Drugs the other day and parked out front instead of in the back (“Parking in the rear”). So I took advantage of the opportunity to get some shots of the doors on the opposite side of the street.

I like the brickwork and the shingle roof.
I don’t know what this building is; like the first one, the entrance is on the parallel street.

Here’s a closeup of the door and window paintings.

And Kent Java moved from its original location. I haven’t been in to see if they moved the penny bar, too. After Covid, Imma do that.

Ooooo, orange!

I love that first building. The extra little details in the brick above the door and windows makes the entire building look different – it’s clear that someone cared what the building looked like. I miss the times when that mattered. I like the one open shutter across the street. I wonder if you were being watched. The orange door on the coffee shop is a good find. We don’t see many orange doors.

    Good job Marian!

I wondered if anybody was watching, too. I live in fear that somebody is going to take serious exception to my photographing their place. Not, you know, so much fear that I STOP, but still….

Just remember, bail is not available from the proprietors. I will drink a beer in your honor though, put a good word in with the judge.

I like that orange door. You can’t miss it which is a good thing for a business. Probably wouldn’t like that door on a house, though.

I dunno. I could see it on a Storybook Style house. Not for most houses, that’s for sure.

When you come visit me, I’ll show you so many proper small town store fronts, you won’t know whether to … shoot pictures or go for coffee.
