It snew!
Momma said, “Of course it did. I just got the grill set up.” But she had bought an all-weather coat for it, so she wasn’t worried about it.
Then the snow melted, and those deers came back! I growled at them, but Momma just took a picture — of them!
The next day, I heard some knocking, so I hid. But it wasn’t an intruder, it was this bird right outside Momma’s office window.
Momma was gone for a long time, and that evening #4 Hooman Sister came over feeling sore. Momma was gone because she took #4 to get her second ouchie. I could tell #4’s arm felt bad, so I licked it and licked it and licked it. She had a coat on, but it’s the thought that counts.
She says her cat has not been sympathetic. Bad Freyja!
Momma asked me to pose for her, so I did that. I’m a good cat!
Chickie: Me, too! I’m a good cat, too!
You didn’t lick #4’s coat, like I did!
Chickie: Yuck.
So ANYWAY, I posed for Momma.
I like this picture, because you can’t see the little nick Chickie took out of my nose that one time.
Chickie: Don’t mess with me, ’cause I am fierce!
But do you have fo-toe-gennik toe beans? Momma says I do!

April 26, 2021 at 8:46amNo table scraps (except the occasional slurp of fish juice), so all their intake comes from their own food. I’m convinced that helps. They must agree, because they don’t even WANT people food (except for aforementioned fish juice). 🙂
