Destiny For Sale #MondayRecommends and #NailArt

I’m so excited to tell you that I’m an “insider”! I’ve never been an insider in my life! I was usually the kid that other kids would stop talking when I joined the group, because I was “weird”. Weird! I!

But Fern Field, author of the Destiny the cat trilogy (well, two books into the trilogy, to be precise) has designated me an “insider” who is invited to pass along news of a supersale coming up.

From May 9, 2021 to the end of the month, THEY CALL ME DESTINY is on sale at Books 2 Cherish for $5.00 and DESTINY’S CHILDREN is on sale for $10.00! How awesome is that? Way, that’s how! (After the sale the retail price of Destiny’s Children is $15.95 and They Call Me Destiny is $14.95.)

My cats are insiders, too: Rainbow Bridge residents Munchkin and Amidala reviewed THEY CALL ME DESTINY, and their reviews are up on the Books 2 Cherish web page for that book. Tipper and Chickie reviewed DESTINY’S CHILDREN, and their reviews are up on the Books 2 Cherish web page. As I write, the URL for the page is incorrect, so it may change, but I’ve given the URL under which the review currently resides.

Saturday was Derby Day, so my nails reflect “the Run for the Roses“.

I’m also pleased to announce that I’m a Maniology Ambassador, which means I can offer you a 10% discount on any non-sale or non-subscription product from the Maniology web site! Just use the coupon code MomGoth10 for your discount. Both of these polishes and the roses stamp are from Maniology, my favorite nail product supplier.

p.s. You may or may not have noticed I’m not doing Story A Day May this year. I just can’t. But the challenge continues, and you can still sign up or enjoy the prompts.

A WRITING PROMPT FROM ME TO YOU: What would you run a race to win?

I know it’s incredibly selfish of me to read about all of this and then say “what? No Steffie stories?” but there ya go. Maybe I could find a door that would inspire Steffie…

I’ve thought of the Steffie fans. I’m going to make a real effort to write a few this month. Yeah, inspiring doors would be an idea. Maybe I’ll do a Steffie story for my Thursday Doors challenge. 🙂
