I’ve gone to this convention every year, even in 2020, when it was held virtually. This year, I’ll be there in person. This year, it’s a “hybrid” convention, with both in-person and online events. I didn’t sign up to be on any online events, because I always either screw something up and live in fear that I’ll screw something up. In person is bad enough, but that Zoomy stuff can be recorded, yo.

The Imaginarium Convention, now in its 8th year, is an event for writers, creatives, and fans of creators, of all genres, that features three days of panel and workshop programming, an expo, a film festival, entertainment, cosplay, and much more!

A broad array of guests and panelists will be featured in the programming, including authors, editors, publishers, filmmakers, screenwriters, game designers, comic creators, artists, actors, and many other creatives. The Imaginarium Convention is an inclusive environment that fosters networking, learning, professional opportunities, promotional opportunities, and other benefits to independent creatives.

The Imaginarium Convention in 2021 will debut a brand new format with both virtual and in-person events, both with full schedules of programming and activities. The in-person event is held in Louisville, Kentucky, at the Holiday Inn Louisville East, and the virtual event will be hosted on the AccelEvents Platform.

Or sign up for the virtual event and see lots of other people. Lynn Hightower is going to be there! LYNN HIGHTOWER, people!!!! She wrote the Alien series, that was like Alien Nation before there WAS an Alien Nation. Not saying she got ripped off, but she was definitely first. And, IMO, better.
