FriendDoors – Hopkinsville, Kentucky #ThursdayDoors

The day you’ve been waiting for has come: I have new pictures from #4 Daughter, the Amazing Sara Marian, from an archaeological field job.

This time, they stayed in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Sara sent me commentary on some of the pictures.

Ready? Then let’s begin.

“There IS a door in there, somewhere.”
“Garage door: Hopkinsville Brewery (good stout and a nice blueberry beer of some kind, don’t remember what – awesome patio area)”
“Screened gazebo was on our hotel’s property”
“The yellow door pic – the sign next door for Fresh Kentucky Lake Fish – Tim and Chris said they tried to go there last time but there is another sign on the other window that says Out of Fish. Sad!”
“Archway with OPEN sign and lamp is El Bracero Mexican restaurant (great food, strong Mojitos)”

More next week.

Thursday doors is under the direction of Dan Antion, photographer extraordinaire and critter daddy. Visit his site, enjoy his wonderful photographs, follow his directions, and enter a world of doors.

“(great food, strong Mojitos)” It doesn’t get any better than that! SAd to think they are out of fish. We’re seeing that more and more around here for shellfish. For the record, I’m fine with “there a door in there somewhere.”

I hope you have a good rest of the week, Marian.
