Shiitake Burger #Vegan

A gentleman at the Friday farmers market grows shiitake, and some of them get huge. (twss) So I bought some, and this happened to one of them.

Cooked a shiitake and some shredded cabbage in vegan margarine, and heated up a hamburger bun. I keep those in the fridge to keep them fresh, so they need to be heated up. Plus, they’re good when they’re toasted on the inner side and soft on the outer side. Salt, pepper, and I had a delicious sammich. I may have added some mayo, but vegan mayo is just as good as regular, IMO.
