Tipper And Sara #Caturday #TipperAndChickie

Hi, there! I’m Tipper Allen, and guess what? #4 Hooman Sister is a Picker-Upper! Momma picks us up sometimes, but we wiggle and she puts us back down. #4 Hooman Sister (Sara) grabs us and picks us up and holds us and pets us and “tisses” us on the head.

When our feet stick out like that, she calls them, “The Paws of Protest.” To tell you the truth, when she was staying here to take care of Momma, we got used to it and kinda liked it.

I even tried to paint my paws like her nails, but I couldn’t get the bottle open once I had it on the floor.

We were still playing with the wonderful tissue paper until it was in little pieces and all squished up and no fun anymore. But until then….

#4 Hooman Sister brought us a brown paper bag. Chickie loves it!

I don’t see the appeal, but Chickie loves it, so I HAD to take it over for a while.

Now that the tissue paper is gone, Chickie has been bringing leaves up from the garage/basement and strowing them all over the house. She’s so messy! Give me my Kong or the rubber wristband I robbed from Momma!

A WRITING PROMPT FOR ANIMALS: Do you like to be picked up and kissed on your head? If you don’t, does your hooman put you down or keep you prisoner?

Hi Tipper! Mogi [dog] and Harry [cat] don’t like being picked up either, but Golli loves it. Pippi, the boys’ mother loved being picked up too. She’d stretch up at me asking for ‘uppies’. Once I’d picked her up, she’d climb onto my shoulder and travel around with me that way – my little minion. Hard to believe she’s already been gone a couple of years.

Ahem…do you like cardboard boxes? Harry LOVES boxes of all sorts, but especially big cardboard ones. He always has to have his box time before I’m allowed to do the recycling. πŸ™‚

    Have fun!

Chickie likes some boxes, but only if they’re on the kitchen table or the floor by Sara’s “loading zone” and we think about putting things in them. She did like the massively long box the fluorescent light tubes came in, but I HAD to move it to the basement. It’s no fun down there, though, since it isn’t in the way.
