Gnocchi And Peas #Vegan

Here’s a quick and easy recipe — if “recipe” is the word I want.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Throw in some shelf-stable gnocchi and some frozen peas and cook until the gnocchi floats. Drain it and slather it with vegan “butter”. Salt and pepper to taste and top it with vegan Parmesan.
