Hasselback Potatoes are supposed to look like this and be prepared according to Kevin’s Cooking’s recipe.
I love these things, but sometimes I am NOT all about long-term commitment to a dish. So, in those instances, I skimp on the slicing.
Should I call these Hasslefree Potatoes or Hasselhoff Potatoes?
I mushed up vegan butter, salt, pepper, and some kind of herb mix (please yourself) and stuffed that into the slices and rubbed it over the potato. Mmmmm!
The other dish is mushrooms and celery in a red wine reduction.
