My husband used to tease me about all the kitchen gadgets I have — and I love kitchen gadgets. But I want them to be truly useful. Enter the waffle maker.

I like waffles, but I like quesadillas more. But buy a gadget for just that? When I already have a perfectly good waffle maker?

red onions,corn, mushrooms, vegan cheese, fold it and pop it into a hot waffle maker.
