I’ve been watching the Netflix series Avatar: The Last Airbender. Fans tell me there are big differences between this and the (I think original version) animated show. Since I never saw that one, I can’t enter into that debate, but I love this version! The costumes and sets are fabulous — some lavish, some gritty, some scary. I love the kid who plays the title character; he can look like he’s on the verge of manhood, and then he looks like a sweet li’l kid. I think the special effects are superb, too, with lots of people and things swooping around like I do in dreams.

My nails this week are swoopy, too. The patterns on them, I mean, not my actual nails.

I used two shades of pink a a touch of rose gold on my accent nail.
