Food Tuesday: Another Sammich

I wondered if this would be good. It was. Toasted Nutty Oat bread on the bottom and on the top, and this was the filling. Fresh farmers’ market tomatoes and (because I had some left over from something else) marinated artichoke hearts. Pepper and salt and a schmear of vegan mayonnaise.

I thought it was purty durn good, but YMMV.
