The Corelle “small rimmed cereal bowl” is Sara’s favorite piece of dinnerware. I mean, don’t you have a favorite piece of dinnerware? You don’t? Hmmm….
ANYWAY, I don’t know how this got into the bowls section. This kind of dish used to be called a pasta plate or a soup plate. It’s great for — surprise! — pasta and for chunky soup/stews, and for rice dishes and for any kind of food you need to corral up against a side but still have it kinda spread out.
The Corelle site says it’s sold out, but I bought a couple of boxes on Amazon so Sara could have some of her very own. Mamas are like that.
My base color for my nails this week is called I Hope A Banshee Screams Outside Your House, Bitch. Best. Name. Ever.
It’s a weird and gorgeous polish that looks burgundy, but shines green, gold, blue, and purple from different angles. I stamped over it with Maniology’s Eternal Flame and Essie’s Willow in the Wind. I did the pinkies with some shiny green polish that I like by itself but not on this mani. Oh, well. the stamps just let the under polish show through, and the red stamp is invisible from some angles and shiny from others. My bird finger has no stamp on it. Also a little chip out of it already. My bad.
