Alas! They served me well. After this last laundering, the last few threads holding them together sighed mournfully and melted, thawed, and resolved itself into a dew.
So now I have to lose some weight, so the trousers I have left don’t squish me and mish me. Or, alternatively, I could buy some new jeans.
Hmmm…. Eat less … spend money …
