I haven’t been anywhere this week, so I dug around and found this picture from one of my Minecraft games. As those unfortunate enough to have heard me talk about my Minecraft addiction know, I play Survival in Peaceful mode. So my builds look like a four-year-old did them, but they’re easy and I never have to fight.
ANYWAY, I built a house and got a cat and a dog. For some reason, it tickled me that they would stick their heads through the doors, whether the doors were open or closed. So here they are at the door.

Thursday doors is under the direction of Dan Antion, photographer extraordinaire and critter daddy. Visit his site, enjoy his wonderful photographs, follow his directions, and enter a world of doors.

February 23, 2024 at 2:24pmI’m laughing, but I like the idea that they can stick their heads through the door. That could be a huge time saver.

February 24, 2024 at 7:44amI just added two resource packs: one lets me craft furniture and one adds pets, although I haven’t figured out how to tame them yet. So far, I’ve spotted a guinea pig, a hedgehog, and a tiny T-Rex!

February 22, 2024 at 7:47amThat photo had me tickled, too! And I love how creative this entry is. I’ve never spent much time playing Minecraft, so this little glimpse into your Minecraft world is fascinating to me!

February 22, 2024 at 9:00amMy favorite thing is to build a little house. Or a big house. Or a tower or a castle. In one game, I built a restaurant that sold fish, meat, and pies. I play alone, so I didn’t have any customers, but I had indoor and outdoor seating areas with a glass roof in the outdoor area so the non-existant customers could look up at the rain.
